NO ORDINARY CAMPAIGN SCREENING SERIES

“No Ordinary Campaign” is about Brian Wallach, an Obama administration staffer who was diagnosed with ALS — an incurable and deadly disease —  when he was 37 years old. The diagnosis was received on the same day Brian and his wife Sandra brought their youngest daughter home from the hospital.

At its core, the film is a moving and very personal snapshot of their daily struggles while they also expertly navigate the bureaucracy of Washington to achieve landmark results for ALS research. On another level, the film is a shining example of how individuals can create change, and will serve as inspiration to young people everywhere who have the desire to make the world a better place. Topics it addresses are:

LEADERSHIP

DISABILITY RIGHTS

TAKING ACTION

OVERCOMING ADVERSITY

AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS - ALS
